Plan approval with the solving Objections
No Objection Letter fom neighbor from Neighbors
Application to have GC Work permit ==>>
and/or fence permit
Approval made ==>>
Applying MEP ( electric, plumbing, mech ) permit ==>>
Permit Obtained. ==>> !!!

Plan Amendment if any change need issued ( $$ )

2. 견적 제출 및 검토 ( Estimate submit and Review )
3. 상담 및 계약 ( Discussion and Signing on the Contract )
4. Contract Deposit
5. 보험 증서 발행. ( Insurance COI issue and Submit )
6. Management office ( if any ) or DOB " Plan approval"
with Spec Book
7. 공사 시작 : ( Material Selection and Starting the Job )
8. Inspection ( By owner and DOB or 3rd Party )
9. Payment ( Progress Payment )
10. Rough inspection --> Final Inspection
for GC / Electric / Plumbing........ Normally
11. Other inspection
12. Customer , custom final fixture, appliances installation, if needed
Final Inspection pass
Balance Payment
13. Completion
14. Beginning Warranty for 12 months.
